History: He comes from a rich western family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

He has done his best to style his chestnut hair to look like a famous performer. His fierce silver eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Astar is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
