Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Fletcher. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Heian liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He became a Fletcher soon after.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult; and expand his business

Description: Standing 4'7", this man wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His hair is red, silky, and of moderate length. His eyes are a pleasant green.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the east. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Himo and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and regain custody of his daughter

Description: He is a mite stocky and is dressed in an above average manner. His silver hair is lengthy. His green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a monstrous two handed axe, but if one is not available he will default to his glaive. He wears his brown hair up in a very large beehive style do. His eyes are violet and beady.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. Balimaar is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Balimaar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
