History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When Chem reached his early adolescence his Tiefling mother passed away. History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
