History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Flask was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ûkrom grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ûkrom. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
