History: Chad was born the youngest of three triplets. Chad was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Marshal. He struck the Marshal job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Aerdeth fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fletcher for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult.
