He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright yellow and green, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems, and his gloved hand is found clutching a greataxe. History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He has all his life been fascinated with painting.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Qualen is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Qualen was born the youngest of three triplets. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Qualen grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Qualen. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
