History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Orryn fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
