History: Shivering was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Bard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: This man likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized opal on his left hand. His silver hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a feathered hat. His half smiles and brown eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the east. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Cagak was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and he has money and likes to spend it

His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. A gifted student he started as a Butcher, but he got bored and became a Mason. He became a Mason soon after.

Motivation: To be a Butcher again; and to protect his home

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Bowyer. He has worked as a Bowyer like his mother before him.

He keeps his long red crest kept up in a rat tail. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is a Bowyer first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
