Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Layabout but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born in the south to a Layabout, Raer learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
