Tim was born on a far western forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Shepherd. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and an old rival family wants him found

History: Jak was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact
