Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Art never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
