Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature greatsword.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dwarf in existence. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Cartwright arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the west were limited. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears light armors faded through time and improper care, and is pretty ugly. His white hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady gray eyes.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the west were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: An older man who wears a simple green robe with yellow stripes complete with hood, he is not a threatening figure. He has blonde hair. His eyes are gray and catlike.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. The war was a terrible time for him, and Nelkin does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Nelkin's homeland. Nelkin decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He got into the Painter business at a young age. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Leucis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and expand his business
