Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and sabotage a competitor

History: Nim was born the youngest of three triplets. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
