History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Duergath decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
