Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Weaver. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Art will drive conversation. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Cartwright for hire.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Shivering embodies much of what other species detest in the Tabaxis. He works hard and plays hard.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. Through the years after Shivering was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Shivering's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Miller.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and nothing but the best is good enough for him
