Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Osco alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Ruler for the past few years.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: He wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a sai, but if one is not available he will default to his nunchaku. He carries a battered sai and tarnished nunchaku as well. His brass crest is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his gold eyes.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Hirrathak embodies much of what other species detest in the Dragonborns. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hirrathak fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born in a small desert village. He found a children's book about a Gnome Rogue who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature ceremonial dagger.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
