Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Laucian was born the youngest of three triplets. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy silver stubble. He wears a worn and beaten armor. He has a hunchback. His silver hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Lamlûg was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. While he appears to be a normal Half-Orc, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: He is a pot bellied northern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He is renowned for his bright black suits and hats. His red hair is still thick. He has gray eyes and a black hat with a brown feather.

Personality: Anselm wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Wizard, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Anselm fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Gifted from a young age, Halimath studied abroad. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: He is lean but muscular and tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His purple hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His eyes are a pleasant white.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Abad lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Through the years after Abad was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Abad's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He's also a talented Shoemaker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and wants his loneliness to end
