He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. After coming to the age of reason, Ribbles took it upon himself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
