History: Born in the west to a Dilettante, Ar-Pratu learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His first spouse was a Barrister, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 4 years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Dilettante responsibilities is difficult.

He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Halimath will drive conversation. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Priest arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
