History: Shane was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He found a children's book about a Dragonborn Warrior who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: He was born in the west. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Now he works as a writing tutor during his time off.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Einkil hails from a village terrorized by giants. At some point he was captured by giants and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.
