History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Gomory alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it.

History: Gifted from a young age, Veit studied abroad. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats; and revenge
