History: He was born in the west. He found a children's book about a Halfling Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scimitar.

Description: This tall, slender man wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His black hair is matted, messy, and big. His eyes are likewise gray.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is an amazing painter.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Varis liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Seamstress work with an outfit from a few towns over. Seamstress work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. During his travels, Direcris and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Direcris discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Direcris fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: Howard was born with his mother's beautiful face. Howard was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He tends to his Performer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to be a knight again

History: Born in the west to a Farmer, Tarhun learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
