History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Mehen has worked very hard to control his curse. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
