Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Gifted from a young age, Heian studied abroad. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He usually wears his pastel robe and has his shortspear always slung over his shoulder, marred by teas. His auburn hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a rose scrunchie. His eyes are amber.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Barber they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Healer, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Description: With grey face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty red coat over it. His hair is brown and very short. He has violet eyes.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Himo was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Description: An older man who wears rags and sports a simple walking cane, he is not a threatening figure. His hair is long and silver with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small grey clips. His beard is auburn, braided, and well cared for. His green eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He hates Halflings with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Hamil was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is his passion; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His fur is beige and curly. His eyes are likewise green. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he feels threatened by others
