History: Borun was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warrior, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warrior in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature hand crossbow.

He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wants to work out more often

History: Hobart was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bellfounder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. The war was a terrible time for him, and Mindartis does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He bought a morningstar and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
