Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Dalgal was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When Dalgal reached his early adolescence his Dwarf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Oppleby was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
