History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Doctor they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Detective, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he seems to be bored by most things

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Zaffrab was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

A gifted student he started as a Butcher, but he got bored and became a Brewer. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Brewer for the past few years.

His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Roondar is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
