Description: 2'11" and muscular, this southern man wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty black coat over it. His hair is cut close to his head. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Bertram was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Bertram decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He wears a colorful flower in his blonde hair. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Nim was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He struck the Roofer job and began his own company from there.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born in the south. His druidic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.
