History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.

History: Gifted from a young age, Wiggan studied abroad. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.
