He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Tieflings.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. After coming to the age of reason, Qemuel took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and a strong sense of loyalty to tiefling people

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Miller and was forced into it by his family; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
