Personality: Rael is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Rael was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared.
