History: Thoradin was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warrior, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warrior in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: This man wears light armors faded through time and improper care. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. He has styled his brown hair well, parting it to the left. His hazel eyes peer out from beneath his top tan hat.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he feels kind of lost in life

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He usually wears his black robe and has his greataxe always slung over his shoulder. His chestnut hair is singed and shortened. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Baern liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Description: He stands about 5'6" and is dressed in an above average manner. His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His hair is cut close to his head. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his gray eyes.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: Lamlis was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and doesn't want to be a carter and was forced into it by his family

Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He is wearing a tight brown one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. He has a very tight haircut. His eyes are brown and catlike.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Corkitron isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and money/treasure
