History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
