History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Through the years after Beiro was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Beiro's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Navigator for the past few years.

The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and he seems to be bored by most things
