History: Born in the north to a Junk Dealer, Mantus learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Jak abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and to reunite with his old friends
