History: Darrow lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Donaar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Donaar. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
