History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Oloric was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Umpen grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Umpen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: An older man who wears many layers of old clothing at all times, he is not a threatening figure. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
