Description: He is scrawny and has patchy scarlet crest. He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a grey coat. He has a hunchback. His crest is short and scarlet. His gold eyes peer out from beneath his feathered grey hat.
Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He works hard and plays hard.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is harsh and unforgiving.
History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and balancing his hectic life and new spice merchant responsibilities is difficult

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears dark leathers with embroidery. His hair is brown and curly. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady hazel eyes.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: He sports black clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He carries with him a set of daggers, each one with a topaz on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His hair is auburn and very short. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: Olunt was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When Olunt reached his early adolescence his Dwarf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 12 years.
Motivation: To protect his home; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. The war was a terrible time for him, and Alston does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Born in the east to a Sage, Alston learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When Alston reached his early adolescence his Gnome father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He became a Sage soon after.
Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.
