Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. History: Fulbar lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born in the south to a Tanner, Foxilon learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Tanner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He became a Tanner soon after.
