History: Gifted from a young age, Thorin studied abroad. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Dwarven artifacts is his passion; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: Born to a Baker, his father struggled to pay the bills. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature pickaxe.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Elven people; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Fulbar's homeland. Fulbar decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
