History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Raam was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Raam's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
