History: Cloud was born the youngest of three triplets. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His brown hair is braided into rings. His eyes are a pleasant silver.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. A true patriot, Mormo would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Mormo was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Doctor.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and to be a masseuse again

The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won.
