Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. A freak accident while working with his Slave Trader mother left him crippled. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was born into a rich family. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Baern alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he wants revenge against illithids

Description: He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover his moderate length brown fur. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Five was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His brown hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. Gunter is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born in the west. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Elves in Gunter's homeland. Gunter decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gunter fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This malnourished man wears a tattered pair of loose violet pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His chestnut hair is lengthy. His eyes are a pleasant red.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Spice Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and to share knowledge with the world
