History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Skamos was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Flame never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. Through the years after Traki was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Traki's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has worked as a Painter like his mother before him.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
