He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. A true patriot, Wiggan would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Wiggan hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
