History: He got into the Animal Trainer business at a young age. His first spouse was a Dilettante, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Qualen was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Through the years after Qualen was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Qualen's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.

Description: He is an average looking southern male in his early mid-life. He wears professional attire. His black hair is smooth and relatively long. He has gleaming, smiling violet eyes.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying south to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it.
