History: Born to a Locksmith, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Rolen was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 6 years.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
