History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. After coming to the age of reason, Nithther took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Ekemon never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
