Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and wears bulky grey painted plate armor. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He wears his black hair up in a very large beehive style do. His amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Silvo embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Silvo grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears a brown wide-brimmed hat and brown clothes. His white hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has achieved small success as a Shepherd.

Motivation: Expand his business; and balancing his hectic life and new shepherd responsibilities is difficult

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing violet cape and mantle trimmed with soft green waves gently in the breeze. His broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Flak was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Flak decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He wants revenge against giants; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact
