Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Alvyn has worked very hard to control his curse. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born into a rich family. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. He wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a monstrous two handed axe on his belt. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His eyes are likewise hazel.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Engraver. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: This malnourished man wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Modean is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Modean enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Ruler father left him crippled. He became a Tanner soon after.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His brown hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He has a dull look in his violet eyes.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Geoffrey was born the youngest of three triplets. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and doesn't want to be a seamstress and was forced into it by his family
